Rotor Handling System
This customized handling system comes with a 5 ton hydraulic press with a power pack, vision inspection system, 3 position walking beam system with pneumatic grippers and roller conveying system.
Rotors are transferred into this system by conveyors. The pneumatic grippers handles the rotors into the 3 parts working locations. Locate, Press and Inspect before transferring out for consolidation.
A touch screen is provided for system control and uses a PLC for logic controls.
Circulating Conveying System
An integration project to upgrade an existing single conveyor module for a client for demonstration purposes. 4 sets of new variable speed belt conveyors were integrated to the existing system plus new vacuum devices for pick and place processes.
